Hey Nathan, Great Video, I think that the lack of food on campus is something that must be looked into more. Mainly because there would be enough food if these places were open but they are usually never open and they really only are during weekdays. Weekends are tough when there is a limited amount of places that you can go to for food.
Hey Nathan, great job! Having the restaurants open during weekends would be a great idea. I think the next level of that idea would be to open the restaurant yourself in order to get the rest of the restaurants to see that you are making tons of sales during the weekend and then begin to open on weekends to compete for those sales! I think if the restaurant is good and the students like it and have enough options to choose from, it will become a hit!
Nathan, really good job. I find that this issue is a common one amongst many students at the University. I believe that extended hours on the weekend would help to solve this problem. Hopefully this is something that can be looked in to and potentially changed in the future that way fellow gators do not have this problem down the road.
