Your Exit Strategy

My exit strategy would be to completely sell the company. I would hope to sell the entire company within the next 5 years. I do not plan on staying with the business for a very long time. I want the business to be something that can be kept within students that attend the University of Florida, so I will not keep it in my family.

I selected this exit strategy because I feel like it is a service that people who attend the university care more about and it would be better able to help the cause if they are located close to the campus to do so.

I think my exit strategy has helped me understand that it is a problem specifically on our campus and it is not something that is a problem all around. It helped me understand that the opportunity group was the students who live on campus with meal plans. It has definitely influenced my growth and focus into who I am targeting.

  1. Nathan, I think that your exit strategy is very well calculated and you have the best interest of students at heart. By selling your company to someone who is more closely located to Gainesville will help to benefit fellow gators. Keep up the great work and continue to work hard. Maintain focus on achieving your entrepreneurial goals and you will achieve the results you desire.

  2. Hey Nathan I agree with you that you should sell the company if you get the right amount of money. I like that you also want to give back to the university and it will impact students in the future. I agree with you but if the price wasn't there then you should keep it. Nice Work!
